What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country, links to your work, project details and messages.

Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database and sent to our email inbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail. Cloudflare also hosts our website and screens forms for spam. These providers may process data outside Australia and India, including in the United States. We use them because they apply strong security and privacy safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and talent profiles for up to 24 months, unless we enter into a contract with you, in which case we keep records as the law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies, and only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
